Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
  • Some of our supplier are not required to generate and provide shipping tracking number if you have any queries for your order simply email us to info@ogizmo.com

2. Shipping Times

  • Estimated delivery times vary based on the destination.
  • Standard Shipping: 7-20 business days (depending on the delivery to location).
  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 5-10 business days.
  • Shipping times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays or local delivery issues.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and shipping method chosen.
  • Some items may qualify for free shipping, which will be indicated on the product page. (Some free shipping are not generating track and trace ID)
  • We do have click & Collect facility currently in Sydney NSW – write us on info@ogismo.com to know more.

4. Tracking Information

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • Tracking updates may take a few days to reflect in the system.
  • Some completed orders are not required to generate and email tracking number via emails. Any questions get in touch info@ogizmo.com

5. Shipping Delays

  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please allow extra time before contacting support.
  • Delays may occur due to customs processing, high demand, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Wrong Address or Undeliverable Packages

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
  • If an incorrect address is provided, we are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, customers may be responsible for reshipping costs.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.
  • If you believe your package is lost, please contact us at info@ogizmo.com, and we will assist you in filing a claim.

8. International Shipping

  • We offer international shipping to select countries.
  • Customs fees, import duties, and taxes (if applicable) are the buyer’s responsibility.
